Chelsea welcome League Cup winners Swansea City to Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon looking to reclaim third place in the Premier League table.

The Blues currently sit fourth – just a single point behind third-placed Arsenal – and with the Gunners facing champions Man Utd today, Rafa Benitez men will be hoping to take advantage of any slip-up to climb back to third.

Chelsea have a strong line-up out for the game with John Terry partnering Gary Cahill at the back as David Luiz continues in midfield. Juan Mata and Eden Hazard both start while Demba Ba in preferred up front. Here are the confirmed line-ups:
