Arsenal recorded their first Champions League away win in a year with a 3-1 victory over Partizan Belgrade. Andrey Arshavin put the Gunners in front in the 15th minute after some superb link-up play with Jack Wilshere. Arsenal could have been 3-4 up before Denilson gave away a penalty after a silly hand-ball, Cleo making it 1-1 from the spot. After the break Arshavin then had the chance to restore Arsenal’s lead after Chamakh was fouled in the box, but blasted his penalty straight at the keepers legs.

However, Marouane Chamakh put the Gunners 2-1 ahead with a close range header before Squillaci scored his first Arsenal goal, heading home from a Nasri corner. You can watch all the action below.

Arshavin 0-1

Cleo 1-1

Chamakh 1-2
