Arsenal Suffer Fresh Blow As Ramsey Limps Out Of Wales Win With Groin Injury

Arsenal are sweating on the fitness of Aaron Ramsey after he limped out of Wales’ 3-0 win over Israel in their European Championship qualifier this evening.
Ramsey was enjoying an excellent game as he opened the scoring shortly before half-time with a close range header.
The midfielder then showed off some excellent skills before setting-up Gareth Bale for the third goal in the 77th minute.
However, Arsenal’s injury curse looks to have struck once again as Ramsey limped off just three minutes from full time with an apparent groin injury.
There’s no word yet on how serious the injury is but even a minor groin tweak could rule him out for at least a week which would make him a serious doubt to take on Liverpool next Saturday afternoon.
We welcome the Merseysiders to the Emirates on April 4th in what will be a crucial game in the race for Champions League qualification and it would be a huge blow if Ramsey was ruled out.
We already have a doubt over Danny Welbeck after he picked up a knee problem playing for England last night, so it looks like the international break is going to be a costly one yet again.
