[Tweets] Chelsea Players Celebrate On Twitter After Going 7-Points Clear Of Arsenal
Several of the Chelsea players have taken to Twitter this evening to express their delight at beating QPR to open up a seven-point gap over Arsenal.
Chelsea moved seven points clear at the top of the Premier League table thanks to a narrow 1-0 victory over Queens Park Rangers this afternoon.
The Blues struggled to find their fluency for much of the game and it took a late mistake from QPR keeper Rob Green to gift them a winner as Eden Hazard took advantage of a poor clearance to set-up Fabregas who poked home an unlikely winner in the 88th minute.
The victory sees Chelsea restore their seven-point lead over Arsenal at the top of the table with a game in hand so they have gone a huge step closer to reclaiming the Premier League title.
Therefore, it’s easy to understand why many of the players have taken to social media to celebrate this evening with Didier Drogba, Cesar Azpilicueta, Gary Cahill and Ramires all posting messages on Twitter to express their delight at securing a vital win after beating QPR in the West London derby this afternoon.
