There will be emotional scenes at Anfield this evening as Liverpool entertain Crystal Palace in Steven Gerrard’s final home match for the club.

The long-serving skipper leads the Reds out for the final time in front of the Kop as Gerrard starts alongside Jordan Henderson in midfield.

Brendan Rodgers hands a recall to Alberto Moreno at left-back while Jordon Ibe also comes in to the attack in place of Rickie Lambert with Raheem Sterling leading the line up front.
