Competition: Win your Sunday league team a set of custom shirts & free beer

It’s competition time and you could win your Sunday league football team a set of custom kits as part of Bavaria’s ‘Taste Independence’ campaign.

The new football season is now well underway so Bavaria are keen to showcase the glory of grassroots football and everything that comes with it, from the cold morning starts and crowded changing rooms to the pub garden team talks.

The Dutch brewers have launched #TeamIndependence to help raise awareness for their 300-year-old, family produced beer and the campaign includes a competition asking Sunday league football teams to share their most unique traits or rituals that make them stand out from the rest.

The lucky winner will get their very own custom designed team shirts and enough Bavaria beer to supply your end-of-season party – or mid-season if you can’t wait that long!

How to Enter

Simply click here to enter and submit an answer (300 characters or less) detailing your teams most interesting trait, habit or pre-match rituals that make you stand out from the rest.

Only one entry per team will be counted. Where multiple entries are registered, the first entry shall be counted in the draw.

Fields required: Team name, Head coach/manager, Town/city, email address, contact number.

Prize

• 1 entry winner, with prizes per team consisting of:
• 15 shirts, custom designed
•  2 Bavaria Footballs
• 1 Bavaria Flag
• 2 Bottle Openers
• 60 bottles (to include a selection from Bavaria range)
• Selection of plastic glasses, if available

Further details

After the winners are announced, details will be needed from a representative of the team (likely head coach/manager), to produce the custom fitted shirts. Details needed will include correct colour of the team’s kit, along with names and numbers of the team members, and the club badge.

Once the prizes are ready, they will be delivered by hand to the winning team.
