Chelsea will look to go another step closer to reclaiming the Premier League title when they take on Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.
Here is the team I think Antonio Conte will pick for the game:
Goalkeeper: Thibaut Courtois seems to have made a full recovery from a minor ankle problem that he sustained earlier in the month so he’s expected to keep his place between the sticks with Asmir Begovic once again on the bench.
Defence: Gary Cahill made a successful recovery from sickness and got himself on the score-sheet during the win over Southampton in midweek so he should skipper the side on Sunday.
I don’t think we’ll see Conte make any changes to his preferred back three so David Luiz and Cesar Azpilicueta should retain their places with the likes of Nathan Ake and Kurt Zouma among the subs.
Midfield: Chelsea have no fresh injury concerns so I don’t see them making any changes in midfield. Nemanja Matic has been excellent alongside N’Golo Kante in recent games so I think we’ll see him retain his place while Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso should occupy the wing-back roles once again.
Attack: The only one change I think we could see is Pedro getting a recall in attack with Cesc Fabregas the man most likely to drop out, despite his fine display against Southampton on Tuesday.
Eden Hazard is almost certain to keep his place while Diego Costa ended his goal-scoring drought with a double on Tuesday night so he’ll be looking to build on that brace this weekend.
Willian and Michy Batshuayi will be options for Conte from the bench along with Fabregas.
Here is how we think Chelsea will line-up:
