Mauricio Pochettino has made wholesale changes from the side that beat Newport County in the FA Cup in midweek with Hugo Lloris, Jan Vertonghen, Kieran Trippier and Ben Davies all returning.
Eric Dier is also recalled to the midfield while Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Harry Kane come back in to the attack after being rested on Wednesday night.
Arsene Wenger is boosted by the news that Petr Cech is fit to start in goal after recovering from a calf problem while Nacho Monreal is also available after overcoming illness.
However, Aaron Ramsey is ruled out so Jack Wilshere comes back in to the side while Mohamed Elneny also gets a start with Alex Iwobi dropping to the bench.
