‘Baller’, ‘So Special’ – Some Fans Praise Arsenal Star For Display Against Vorskla

Some Arsenal fans have been praising Emile Smith Rowe after the teenager put-in another impressive display during our 3-0 win over FC Vorskla this evening.

Smith Rowe was handed his fifth start of the season as Unai Emery fielded a severely weakened side for our penultimate Europa League Group E game in Kiev and it’s safe to say the youngster took his chance to impress.

The 18-year-old was on hand to open the scoring in the 10th minute following good work from Eddie Nketiah and he was a constant threat to the Ukrainian outfit throughout the game.

Smith Rowe saw another goal ruled out for offside in the second half and went close with another effort while he impressed with his dribbling and technique.

It was Smith Rowe’s third goal of the season – which is a superb return for the midfielder – and fans online were quick to point out he’s now scored the same number of goals as Alexis Sanchez, Jesse Lingard and Marcus Rashford combined.

Arsenal supporters are understandably excited by Smith Rowe’s potential and some have been praising the teen on social media with one calling him a ‘baller’ while another called him a ‘future star’.

It’s easy to get carried away when a young player breaks in to the first team but Smith Rowe does look to be a real talent and a number of fans believe he’s a ‘special’ player who has a big future ahead of him.

Smith-Rowe really does look the part. Obviously, tonight’s opposition are by no means the biggest test he’ll have this season, but whenever he’s featured he looks very sharp and lively. Today’s goal was his third of the season already in just 357 minutes. Looks a real prospect.
