“Love This Guy” – Piers Morgan Sends Message To Arsenal Star After Win Over Fulham

Life-long Arsenal fan and celebrity journalist/TV presenter, Piers Morgan, sent a message to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after he scored during our 4-1 victory over Fulham this afternoon.

Arsenal desperately needed to get back to winning ways today following our shocking 5-1 defeat at Liverpool over the weekend and we got off to the perfect start when Granit Xhaka opened the scoring midway through the first half.

Alexandre Lacazette made it 2-0 before Fulham pulled one back in the 69th minute but Aaron Ramsey came off the bench to restore Arsenal’s two-goal cushion with a fine effort after Aubameyang had hit the post.

The Gabon international had gone close to scoring on a number of occasions throughout the game and he finally got the goal his efforts deserved when he fired home thanks to a deflection off Tim Ream to make it 4-1.

It was Aubameyang’s 14th goal of the Premier League season and his 16th in all competitions and the former Borussia Dortmund hitman has proven to be an excellent addition to the squad since arriving almost 12 months ago.

He’s certainly made an impression with Arsenal fan Piers Morgan as the celebrity journalist and TV presenter took to social media to send a message to Aubameyang saying he ‘loves’ the ‘goal machine’.

I’m not sure the sentiments will be reciprocated by Aubameyang as Morgan is a divisive character among the Arsenal fan-base but I’m sure we can all agree with him that Auba is our goal machine.

The 29-year-old has been a real threat in front of goal since joining the club from Dortmund at the end of the 2018 January transfer window and his goals are going to be crucial in our attempts to finish in the top four this season.
