Tottenham Hotspur will be desperate to open their new stadium with a much-needed victory over Crystal Palace this evening.
Mauricio Pochettino has stood by Hugo Lloris despite his error leading to Liverpool’s late winner at the weekend while Ben Davies comes in to join Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld in defence. Danny Rose and Kieran Trippier also start so it will be interesting to see how Tottenham shape-up tonight but it looks like Davies could be part of the back three with Davinson Sanchez making way.
Moussa Sissoko once again starts in midfield alongside Christian Eriksen with Eric Dier and Harry Winks ruled out through injury. Victor Wanyama is only named on the bench.
Hueng-min Son is recalled to start alongside Dele Alli and Harry Kane in attack meaning Lucas Moura drops to the bench despite getting on the score-sheet at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.
As for Palace, they line-up with Wilfried Zaha and Michy Batshuayi in attack with Christian Benteke having to make-do with a place on the bench.
