Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United face fresh competition from Everton in the race to sign £59m-rated Lille attacker Nicolas Pepe this summer, according to The Sun.
Pepe has developed into one of the most exciting young talents in European football since joining Lille from Angers in 2017 and he contributed 23 goals and 12 assists in his 41 games in all competitions last season making him one of the deadliest attackers in Ligue 1.
The 24-year-old’s form has attracted plenty of interest from the Premier League with The Sun claiming Arsenal and Manchester United have been leading the chase to sign Pepe while the paper suggests Liverpool have tabled an offer for the £59m-rated attacker.
Those claims have been played down by Liverpool chiefs but The Times journalist Duncan Castles claimed last month that the Merseysiders and Man Utd have both held talks about signing Pepe this summer.
Jurgen Klopp is being tipped to bring in a versatile forward to offer support for the likes of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane as Liverpool look to compete on all fronts next season and Pepe is seemingly on his radar.
Arsenal and Man Utd are expected to be busy in the market ahead of the new season as they look to strengthen their squads after missing out on the top four last year and Pepe is also reportedly a target for the duo.
However, the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and United may now face further competition as The Sun cite a report from Telegraph that claims Everton have now joined the race to sign Pepe this summer.
The big-spending Toffees have been linked with a whole host of players in recent weeks and the newspaper says boss Marco Silva is now plotting an ambitious swoop to beat their rivals to Pepe’s signature.

We’ll have to wait and see how things develop but you’d have to assume the Ivory Coast international would opt for a move to Arsenal, Liverpool or United ahead of Everton if he had the choice, so it would be a surprise if Pepe ends up at Goodison Park this summer.
