Target Tells Chelsea & Man Utd: ‘I’m Staying In Italy’
Manchester United and Chelsea target Javier Pastore claims he wants to remain in Italy.
The Palermo ace had been linked with a move to London and Manchester respectively but the 21-year has confirmed he wants to stay in Serie A. He said:
“If I left Palermo, I would like to remain in Italy. I have played in Italy for the last two years and feel very comfortable there.
“If I leave Palermo it will be to join a stronger team.”
Both United and Chelsea had identified the player-maker as possible target this summer, with the clubs linked with a £45million move for the Argentine. But the talented midfielder has paved way for a move to Juventus who have also been linked with a move for Pastore.
