[Video Goals] Arsenal 3-0 Aston Villa: Stunning 35-yard Arteta Free-Kick Seals Win

Arsenal strolled to a 3-0 win over Aston Villa to extend their lead over fourth-placed Tottenham to three points. The home side took the lead after Gibbs’ low shot squeezed past Given, the Englishman’s first Premier League goal for the club. Walcott made it 2-0 shortly after when Song found him with a superb ball over the top, Theo took a touch and cooly slotted home. 2-0 at half time and we were comfortable.

The second half was played in second gear but Mikel Arteta smashed home a stunning 35-yard free-kick in the last minute to put a bit of gloss on the final result. Chelsea and Tottenham drew 0-0 earlier today, so we now lead Spurs by three points and Chelsea by eight!
