Liverpool ended a disappointing year on a high with a comfortable 3-0 win over Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road on Sunday afternoon.
Luis Suarez opened the scoring in the 10th minute with a fine solo run and finish before doubling the visitors advantage only minutes later with another excellent left-footed strike. The game was all but over inside 30 minutes when Agger made it 3-0 with a powerful header from Steven Gerrard’s cross.
The win moves Liverpool up to ninth place in the Premier League table – 8 points off fourth-placed Tottenham. Watch all the goals from the game here:
