Man Utd vs Chelsea: Predicted Starting Line-Ups

Manchester United welcome table-topping Chelsea to Old Trafford on Monday night for the first big clash of the new Premier League season.
The game will mark David Moyes first home game in charge since replacing Sir Alex Ferguson as United boss in the summer, so he’ll be desperate to get off to a positive start in front of his new adoring fans.
Jose Mourinho’s men arrive in Manchester sitting top of the league and three points clear of the hosts after winning their rearranged game against Aston Villa 1-0 on Wednesday night, so they have the chance to open up a six point gap over their title-rivals with a win tomorrow.
Here are my predicted line-ups for the game:
The big decision Moyes has to make is whether to start unsettled striker Wayne Rooney. The 27-year-old came off the bench to set up two goals last week and looked hungry to impress despite constant speculation linking him with Monday’s opponents, Chelsea. I think Moyes will take a gamble and start the striker against his suitors. Failing that, Shinji Kagawa may start behind Robin van Persie.
Mourinho also has a decision to make up front for the Blues with Demba Ba, Romelu Lukaku and Fernando Torres all vying for the starting spot. I feel Lukaku has been by the far most impressive in recent weeks and his physical presence will be important up against Vidic and Ferdinand.
