Arsenal slumped to a 2-1 defeat against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday night which not only saw our unbeaten run end but also leaves our hopes of qualifying for the knockout stages of the Champions League hanging in the balance.
As seems to be the way these days, several players took to Twitter after the game with Kieran Gibbs, Mikel Arteta, Lukas Podolski and Olivier Giroud all having their say on the defeat.
Gibbs was picked out by some for criticism for his part in the Dortmund winner and the left-back has aired his disappointment at the loss but urged the team to pick themselves up for Saturday’s clash with Crystal Palace.
Ramsey was also at fault for the opener after losing possession on the edge of his own box and he too feels we need to get back to winning ways at the weekend, while goal-scorer Giroud didn’t think we deserved to lose.
Here’s what the boys had to say on their official Twitter accounts:
Really disappointed last night, but we've got to focus and get ready to go again on Saturday. #Arsenal #AFC

Gutted about the result. After a slow start we played some good football. Focus on the Palace game now and getting back to winning ways
