Cesc Fabregas has failed his late fitness test so Ramires partners Nemanja Matic in midfield, while Oscar starts in attack along with Eden Hazard and Willian.
Kurt Zouma keeps Gary Cahill out the side once again and Cesar Azpilicueta replaces Filipe Luis at left-back.
