Jose Mourinho has recalled Kurt Zouma to the defence with Gary Cahill dropping out while Filipe Luis returns from injury to take his place among the subs.
Cesc Fabregas is also on the bench after recovering from a hamstring injury that kept him out of the last two matches while Juan Cuadrado makes his full debut in attack.
Everton welcome back Tim Howard in goal but Leighton Baines remains out through injury. Ross Barkley comes into the side with James McCarthy dropping out.
