Liverpool continue their pre-season preparations in Australia today with a friendly against Brisbane Roar at the Suncorp Stadium.
The Reds eased to a 4-0 victory over a Thai All Stars XI in Bangkok in their first pre-season outing on Tuesday and Brendan Rodgers will be hoping for another positive run-out this morning.
The Northern Irishman has named a strong side for today’s game with Simon Mignolet starting in goal while Nathaniel Clyne makes his full debut at right-back.
Joe Gomez continues in defence alongside Martin Skrtel and Mamadou Sakho while Jordan Henderson skippers the side in midfield with Lucas Leiva and James Milner – who also makes his full debut.
Adam Lallana, Divock Origi and Danny Ings complete the eleven with the remaining 18 players who’ve gone on tour making up the subs bench.
