[Video Goals] Man Utd 3-0 Ipswich: Pereira & Martial On Target As Utd Cruise

Manchester United eased into the fourth round of the Capital One Cup with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Ipswich Town at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.

United opened the scoring midway through the first half when Daley Blind found Wayne Rooney with a superb long ball before the striker cooly slotted home a left-footed finish to make it 1-0 in the 23rd minute.

The hosts then doubled their lead in the 60th minute when youngster Andreas Pereira made it 2-0 with a superb free-kick before Anthony Martial come off the bench to continue his superb goal-scoring run with a late third.

The win books United’s place in the fourth round draw and makes it three consecutive victories for Louis van Gaal’s men.
