Arsenal moved back to the top of the Premier League table despite being held to a 0-0 draw by Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Here are my ratings from the game:
Cech 8.5/10 | Outstanding performance. Made three superb saves to keep Stoke out and certainly earned us a point today.
Bellerin 7/10 | A real danger going forwards down the right wing but final ball was lacking and struggled in the air all afternoon.
Mertesacker 7/10 | A solid display from the skipper as he kept the Stoke attackers relatively quiet.
Koscielny 6.5/10 | Made a couple of important interceptions but put the defence under unnecessary pressure with some poor distribution from the back.
Monreal 7/10 | Another mature performance from the Spaniard. Solid at the back and curbed his attacking instincts to ensure we kept things tight.
Ramsey 6/10 | A disappointing outing from Ramsey. Failed to take control of the midfield or stamp his authority on the game but had to put up with some disgraceful chants from the home ‘fans’.
Flamini 6/10 | Worked hard again and was positionally sound but lacked any real quality to influence the game.
Campbell 7/10 | A superb through-ball to Giroud in the first half was a particular highlight in a lively display.
Oxlade-Chamberlain 6.5/10 | Got in to some dangerous positions in front of the Stoke defence but wasn’t his night.
Walcott 6/10 | Always a danger with his pace but just couldn’t get in behind the Stoke back line. Was on the edge of the game.
Giroud 6/10 | Frustrating game for the Frenchman as he saw two efforts saved by Butland.
Subs:
Iwobi 6/10 | Decent 20 minute cameo from the youngster but he couldn’t inspire a goal.

We were well below our best but dug deep and hopefully we’ll look back on this as an important point at the end of the season. Chelsea up next at the Emirates next weekend….
