[Video Highlights] Liverpool 0-0 Man Utd: De Gea Stars In Bore Draw

David De Gea produced two excellent saves as Liverpool and Manchester United played out a dire 0-0 draw at Anfield on Monday night.

There was plenty of anticipation in the build-up to the game but unfortunately the match failed to live up to the hype with very little action to speak of during a dull opening forty-five minutes.

Things got a little more exciting after the break as Liverpool pushed to find a winner with Emre Can creating the first notable chance of the game but the German international was denied by an excellent close-range save by De Gea.

The United No.1 then produced one of the saves of the season so far as he clawed away a superb effort from Philippe Coutinho when the ball seemed destined for the top corner.

United failed to create many chances of note with Zlatan Ibrahimovic wasting their best opportunity with a second half header as the game ended in a disappointing goalless draw.
