Jurgen Klopp has decided to recall Emre Can to the starting eleven with Divock Origi the man to make way. This sees Roberto Firmino move back in to the central role with Adam Lallana moving out wide.
Ragnar Klavan continues alongside Dejan Lovren in defence in the absence of Joel Matip while Simon Mignolet once again keeps goal between the sticks.
As for City, they welcome Sergio Aguero back from his ban as he starts up front with Kevin De Bruyne, David Silva and Raheem Sterling in support.
John Stones is passed fit to start at the back while Yaya Toure lines-up alongside Fernandinho in midfield.
