Chelsea Team News: Conte Confirms Injury Concern For Key Man Ahead Of West Ham
Antonio Conte has confirmed that Eden Hazard is an injury concern ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League clash with West Ham on Monday,
Chelsea will be looking to cement their position at the top of the Premier League table when they take on West Ham at the London Stadium on Monday evening.
Ahead of the game, Antonio Conte has been speaking to the media at his pre-match press conference this afternoon and he’s given reporters a team news and injury update.
The Italian coach revealed that they have a concern over Eden Hazard after the attacker picked up a ‘little problem’ after getting a kick during training this week.
The good news for Chelsea is that Conte believes the injury isn’t anything serious so Hazard won’t be on the sidelines for any significant period of time.
No further details were provided and Conte didn’t expand on whether Hazard is in contention to face West Ham on Monday night but I’m sure he’ll give him every chance to prove his fitness.

Hazard has been a key player in Chelsea’s superb form since October with the Belgian international providing 10 goals and 5 assists in his 29 appearances so far this season.
Otherwise, Chelsea have no other injury concerns to worry about as they head to the London Stadium looking for another win to take them one step closer to reclaiming the Premier League title.
Chelsea head in to the game sitting ten points clear at the top of the table after beating Swansea City 3-1 at Stamford Bridge last weekend and Conte will be hoping to at least maintain that advantage with a win on Monday.
