Manchester United will be looking to book their place in the quarter finals of the Europa League when they take on FC Rostov at Old Trafford on Thursday evening.
Here is the team I think Jose Mourinho will pick for the game:
Goalkeeper: The Red Devils boss has started Sergio Romero in the previous rounds, including the first leg in Russia last week, so the Argentinean international is expected to come in again with David De Gea dropping out.
Defence: Mourinho is set to freshen things up amid a hectic period having crashed out of the FA Cup to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.
Eric Bailly could come back in to the team alongside Chris Smalling after missing the first leg through suspension with Phil Jones the man likely to make way at the back.
Antonio Valencia could keep his place on the right but with Mourinho set to revert to a more familiar flat back four we could see Daley Blind come in at left-back with Marcos Rojo and Matteo Darmian making way.
Midfield: Michael Carrick is expected to come back in to the starting eleven after being a substitute against Chelsea while Ander Herrera should keep his place as he’s suspended for Sunday’s Premier League clash with Middlesbrough after being sent off on Monday night.
Paul Pogba will almost certainly keep his place in midfield after Mourinho jumped to his defence following some harsh criticism of the French international for his display at Stamford Bridge.
Attack: Zlatan Ibrahimovic is certain to start as he’s one game in to his three match domestic ban so Marcus Rashford is likely to make way despite an excellent performance against Chelsea.
Wayne Rooney has once again been ruled out with a knee injury that he picked up in training shortly before the Chelsea game while Anthony Martial is also not ready to return.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan is therefore likely to start after being withdrawn early following Herrera’s red card on Monday night while Juan Mata could come back in to the side in place of Ashley Young.
Here is how we think United will line-up:
