Arsenal survived a scare to come from two goals down to draw 2-2 at CSKA Moscow and book our place in the semi-finals of the Europa League 6-3 on aggregate.
It was a slow start to the game as Arsenal looked to prevent CSKA from grabbing an early goal and it initially looked to be working as we were comfortable during the opening half hour.
However, after missing a couple of decent chances to grab an away goal, the hosts opened the scoring when Fedor Chalov pounced to poke home from close range after Petr Cech made a decent save to deny Nababkin in the 39th minute.
CSKA then doubled their lead just minutes in to the second half as Petr Cech pushed a long shot in to the path of Nababkin and he made no mistake from close range to make it 2-0 in the 50th minute.
The Russians dominated the next period of the game and came close to getting the third goal that would have put them in the driving seat to reach the semi-finals.
However, Arsenal settled any nerves as Danny Welbeck played a superb 1-2 with Mohamed Elneny before curling home a superb finish to make it 2-1 in the 75th minute.
We salvaged a 2-2 draw on the night in injury time as Elneny released Aaron Ramsey who burst clear to dink over the keeper to secure a 3-6 aggregate victory and book our place in the last four.
