[Teams] Liverpool vs Napoli: New Signing Makes Reds Debut, Salah Also Stars

Liverpool continue their pre-season preparations when they take on Napoli in a friendly at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin this evening.

Jurgen Klopp has handed new signing Alisson Becker his debut as the Brazilian international goalkeeper starts between the sticks against the Serie A giants while Nathaniel Clyne, Joe Gomez and Andrew Roberton join Virgil van Dijk in defence.

James Milner and Georgio Wijnaldum partner summer signing Naby Keita in midfield with Fabinho having to make do with a place on the bench alongside the likes of Daniel Sturridge and Loris Karius.

Roberto Firmino makes his first appearance of pre-season as he starts up front with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane in support meaning Xherdan Shaqiri is names among the substitutes.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is also on the bench after returning to pre-season training last week but Ragnar Klavan, Joel Matip, Adam Lallana and Marko Grujic are all unavailable.
