[Teams] Cardiff City vs Arsenal: Confirmed Line-ups

Arsenal will look to build on their win over West Ham when they take on Cardiff at the Cardiff City Stadium this afternoon. 

Mesut Ozil is back in the starting eleven after recovering from illness and Unai Emery has decided to start the German playmaker ahead of Henrikh Mkhitaryan in attack today.

Alexandre Lacazette makes his first start of the season with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang moving out wide with Alex Iwobi making way and the Nigerian isn’t included in the 18-man squad.

Lucas Torreira must make-do with a place on the bench as Matteo Guendouzi keeps his place alongside Granit Xhaka in midfield while Aaron Ramsey is also retained after returning to the side last weekend.

Danny Welbeck is named on the bench along with the likes of Mohamed Elneny and Rob Holding.
