Fabinho has kept his place in midfield after putting-in an excellent performance during the 4-0 victory over Red Star Belgrade in midweek while Dejan Lovren comes in to replace Joe Gomez in the middle of defence. Alberto Moreno gets a rare start in the league with Andrew Robertson rested while Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk keep their places.
Georginio Wijnaldum starts in midfield alongside Adam Lallana with Xhedran Shaqiri dropping to the bench despite his excellent performance in the Champions League last time out. James Milner remains among the substitutes while Jurgen Klopp has gone with his first choice front three as Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino all start in attack.
