Ole Gunnar Solskjaer takes charge of his first game as manager of Manchester United when they take on former club Cardiff City this evening.
Solskjaer has recalled Paul Pogba to the starting eleven with the French international lining-up alongside Ander Herrera and Nemanja Matic in the middle of the park. Jesse Lingard starts in attack along with Anthony Martial while Marcus Rashford leads the line up front in the absence of Romelu Lukaku – who’s on compassionate leave.
Ashley Young starts at right-back while Luke Shaw is fit to return on the left after recovering from a knock. Phil Jones comes in to the back four alongside Victor Lindelof with Eric Bailly named on the bench alongside Diogo Dalot, Andreas Pereira, Marouane Fellaini, Juan Mata and Fred.
