The television fixtures for the fourth round of the FA Cup have been revealed with Arsenal vs Manchester United and Crystal Palace vs Tottenham among those selected.
Unsurprisingly, the BBC have chosen Arsenal’s huge clash with Man Utd as one of their TV selections and the game at the Emirates Stadium will take place on Friday January 25th, kicking off at 7.55pm.
I’m sure many Arsenal and United fans will be frustrated with a late Friday night kick-off but it promises to be an enthralling game under the lights in north London later this month.
Chelsea fans have also got an unconventional kick-off time to look forward to as their clash with either Sheffield Wednesday or Luton Town will take place on BBC One on Sunday 27th January at 6pm. Maurizio Sarri’s side will find out who they’ll be up against when Luton host Sheffield Wednesday at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday night following their 0-0 draw.
Tottenham’s London derby with Crystal Palace has also been chosen for live broadcast by the TV companies. The game at Selhurst Park will take place in front of the BT Sport camera’s on Sunday 27th, kicking off at 4pm.
Accrington Stanley will host either Derby County or Southampton at 12.30pm on Saturday 26th with that game shown live on BT Sport while Millwall vs Everton will be on BBC One in the 5.30pm kick off slot.
The final game chosen for live broadcast sees Barnet take on Brentford on Monday 28th January, with that match shown live on BT Sport and kicking off at 7.45pm.
