Boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made a number of changes with David De Gea, Harry Maguire, Ashley Young and Nemanja Matic all given the night off while Paul Pogba makes his return after recovering from an ankle injury.
Sergio Romero starts between the sticks with Axel Tuanzebe coming in to the back four alongside Marcos Rojo and Phil Jones while Aaron Wan-Bissaka starts at right-back with Diogo Dalot now named in the squad.
Mason Greenwood is recalled up front after recovering from tonsillitis with Marcus Rashford missing out after suffering a groin injury at the weekend. Fred starts in midfield along with Andreas Pereira while Jesse Lingard comes back into the starting eleven after being named on the bench for the last two games.
Tahith Chong gets another chance to impress as he starts in the Man Utd attack with Daniel James and Juan Mata named among the substitutes. Victor Lindelof is also named on the bench along with James Garner and Scott McTominay.
