What is SenseBall?

Created by Belgian coach, Michel Bruyninckx, SenseBall focuses on brain functioning to help players become much comfortable with the ball at their feet.

It enables footballers to touch the ball approximately ten times as much during a season in comparison with traditional training methods.

SenseBall helps to produce two-footed players due to a perfectly bilateral exercise plan designed to maximise a player’s ability.

The CogiTraining-SenseBall system has its roots in extensive studies by Bruyninckx into the effects of cognitive neurology, neuropsychology and neurobiology in sports.

Which players use SenseBall?

SenseBall has been credited with Belgium’s progression into one of the most feared nations in international football.
