Gareth Bale to Miss Rest of Season

The Welsh winger was in agony after a horrendous tackle by Blackpool player, Charlie Adam, left him clutching his ankle in pain, and it reached a point when it was even feared that the speedster had broken his ankle, but thankfully he hasn’t.
“It was a bad ankle knock. I wouldn’t think he would play this season, it’ll keep him out now. It’s badly swollen so we’ll just wait and see what the damage is.
It looks like he has done his ankle ligaments. I don’t see him playing again this season.”

But of course he misses out the cruch tie with Liverpool, which looks to decide who will take the Europa League spot this season, a match that might be crucial to keeping the winger at White Hart Lane himself, although he has quashed rumours linking him with a move away.
Well, I certainly hope that the left back-come-left winger will return to action pretty quickly, as he certainly is a joy to watch.
