Suarez Uses Twitter To Encourage Liverpool Team Mates
Luis Suarez has urged his teammates to bounce back from their humiliating defeat at Tottenham with a post on Twitter.
Liverpool suffered their biggest Premiership defeat in over 20 years on Sunday and Suarez has urged his fellow Reds to work hard to ensure they quickly forget their 4-0 hammering.
Kenny Dalglish’ men were comprehensively outplayed at White Hart Lane and undermined their own efforts to gain a foothold through ill-discipline, with duo Charlie Adam and Martin Skrtel both sent off for two bookable offences.
“It is not easy to lose like we lost [against Spurs],” the Uruguayan posted on Twitter.
“But we have to work hard to improve. I trust my team partners, come on!”
Liverpool have suffered back-to-back defeats now, after they lost 1-0 away to Stoke last weekend.
