Silva: “Don’t Forget About Liverpool, Chelsea Or Arsenal”

Manchester City playmaker David Silva insists five clubs are chasing Premiership honours this season.

Silva has refuted claims that the title race is a two-horse race between the Manchester clubs and insists Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool are in all in the running for the Premiership crown.

Silva also insists fellow Spaniard Fernando Torres still has a lot to give despite only scoring two since his £50million switch from Liverpool in January. But Silva insists:

“It may seem so, but do not forget about Liverpool, Chelsea or Arsenal.

“Torres is still a great player. He has done great things for Spain and will continue to do so.”

Torres has been subject to a public humiliation after he missed an empty net on Sunday’s encounter with Manchester United.
