Arsenal, Liverpool & Spurs Alerted As Chelsea Striker Considering Future
Chelsea striker Salomon Kalou is considering his future at Stamford Bridge, alerting Premiership rivals Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool.
The London Evening Standard believes the Ivorian is still torn over whether to sign a new lucrative contract at Chelsea worth £85,000-a-week or to leave in order to find regular first team football.
The 26-year old did feature in over 30 Premier League games for the Blues last season, but 19 of those came from the bench. Kalou, who joined the club from Feyenoord for £3.5million in 2006, is out of contract at the end of the season and talks are ongoing over an extension.
The striker remains uneasy about the lack of match time he is getting under manager Andre Villas-Boas having started just four times this term, and Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool are amongst those monitoring the strikers situation.
