Manchester United beat Blackburn 2-0 on Monday night to send them five points clear of Man City at the top of the league thanks to goals from Antonio Valencia and Ashley Young. But they also had goalkeeper David De Gea to thank after the Spaniard made several key saves throughout the match.
The 21-year-old has come under intense criticism since his big-money summer move, some of which has been justified but most has been a bit over-the-top. However, he seems to be winning a lot of fans over in recent weeks and looks like he’s finally settling in at Old Trafford.
