A number of Premier League clubs have been alerted to the news that Malaga striker Salomon Rondon would welcome a move to England.
The Venezuela international forward has attracted interest from clubs throughout Europe after two impressive seasons in La Liga with Malaga. His 11 goals last term helped the ambitious Spanish outfit qualify for the champions league for the first time in their history.
According to talkSPORT, the 22-year-old’s agent has already confirmed that Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham have all registered their interest in the player.
The Premier League quartet has now admitted he would be open to a move to England, but admitted he may also be tempted by a move to the German Bundesliga.
“I have a contract with Malaga for the next two years, and if anyone wants me at his club in England, Germany or whatever, we will have to talk to the club,”
“I’m attracted to the Premier League, the league is pretty interesting. But not only the English, the German league too. The truth is that they have strong football.”

FT Verdict
Rondon is no doubt a talent and at over 6 foot and powerfully built, he would have every chance of cutting it in the Premier League. But of the four clubs the Metro suggest are interested, where could he realistically go?
A move to Arsenal is highly unlikely given they have already bought two strikers this summer. He fit’s the bill of young players with potential that Liverpool are looking for, so Anfield is a possibility. Whilst Tottenham and Chelsea are both on the look-out for a big man up front, so if Rondon does come to England this summer, he’s likely to have a number of options.
