[Teams] Arsenal vs Southampton: Confirmed Line-Ups

Arsenal entertain Southampton at the Emirates Stadium this afternoon looking to cement their place at the top of the league.

Arsene Wenger has been boosted by the return of winger Theo Walcott who is back in the squad after recovering from an abdominal strain that’s kept him out for the last seven weeks, but he has to make do with a place among the subs as Jack Wilshere starts in midfield.

Tomas Rosicky is also back in the squad and Per Mertesacker is recalled in place of Thomas Vermaelen in defence.
