Referees Announced For Weekend Games: Find Out Who’s In Charge Of Your Team
Find out which referee’s have been appointed to officiate this weekends Premier League fixtures involving the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd and Liverpool.
We’ve just enjoyed another enthralling weekend of Premier League football and as ever there were plenty of talking points centered around the decisions made by the referees.
At the Etihad Stadium, Manchester City ran out 6-3 victors over Arsenal on Saturday but the Gunners were left incensed after referee Martin Atkinson failed to award them a penalty with the score at 3-2 after Pablo Zabaleta appeared to handle in the box.
If that wasn’t enough to ruffle Arsene Wenger’s feathers, the north Londoners also saw two goals controversially ruled out for offside while Yaya Toure escaped without even a yellow card following a nasty challenge on Olivier Giroud as the Reds saw their lead at the top of the league cut to just two points.
There were also several other contentious decisions made in games up and down the country so it’s no surprise that fans are eager to find out who will be officiating their teams upcoming games.
