Arsene Wenger has opted to rest first choice goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny with Lukasz Fabianski starting in goal. Thomas Vermaelen also gets a recall with Per Mertesacker rested while youngster Serge Gnabry gets a rare start in attack.
Theo Walcott is preferred to Lukas Podolski up front, and Mesut Ozil returns to the bench after missing the last two games with a shoulder injury.
As for Tottenham they have handed a debut to youngster Nabil Bentaleb who starts in midfield while Emmanuel Adebayor is passed fit to face his former side.
