Arsenal eased to a 1-0 win over West Brom in their last home game of the season at the Emirates this afternoon.
Olivier Giroud headed the Gunners in front in the 14th minute following a Santi Cazorla corner and it looked as though the flood gates had been opened. However, the game was subsequently played in first gear with little intensity showed by either side.
We did have chances to add to the scoreline but the likes of Mesut Ozil, Lukas Podolski and Olivier Giroud all squandering decent openings. Arsenal held on to secure a fourth victory in a row and move seven points clear of Everton.
