[Video] Individual Highlights Of Radamel Falcao’s Display For Colombia vs Canada
Radamel Falcao played for Colombia last night as they beat Canada 1-0. Watch individual highlights of his performance, including a goal that was ruled out
Radamel Falcao was in action for his country last night as Colombia beat Canada 1-0 in a friendly in New Jersey.
The 28-year-old started up front and thought he had opened the scoring when he found the back of the net following a neat one-two between James Rodriguez and Teofilo Gutierrez. However, James was wrongly flagged offside so the goal was ruled out.
The Real Madrid man eventually made up for it by scoring a superb winner late in the second half to secure the win, with the goal coming just after Falcao was substituted.
Falcao recently broke his duck for Manchester United after scoring during their 2-1 win over Everton – which was his first goal since making a loan move to Old Trafford from Monaco in the summer.
He followed that goal up with another strike for Colombia against El Salvador at the weekend and should have had another goal last night, so he’s certainly looking like he’s getting back to his deadly best in front of goal.
