Jose Mourinho recalls Cesar Azpilicueta at left-back while Garry Cahill keeps his place alongside John Terry at the back.
Oscar starts in attack while Willian is selected ahead of January signing Juan Cuadrado. Eden Hazard also starts while Loic Remy gets a rare start up front with Diego Costa not risked after picking up a hamstring injury against Hull two weeks ago.
