Several of the Chelsea players have been celebrating online this evening after lifting the Premier League trophy at Stamford Bridge today.
The Blues secured their fifth league title earlier this month but have been forced to wait to get their hands on the trophy and collect their winners medals.
Jose Mourinho’s men were finally presented with the trophy after beating Sunderland 3-1 in their final game this afternoon, with a Diego Costa penalty and a double from Loic Remy securing the three points.
Understandably the players have been celebrating in style and many of the Chelsea boys have now taken to Twitter and Instagram to post photos and messages.
The likes of Cesc Fabregas, Petr Cech, Didier Drogba, Oscar, Juan Cuadrado, Ramires, Diego Costa, Willian and Thibaut Courtois have all uploaded snaps with the PL trophy to their social media accounts.
