Chelsea’s latest striker, Radamel Falcao, linked-up with his new team mates for the first time last night when he joined them on their pre-season tour of the United States.
The Colombian international completed a season long loan deal from Monaco earlier in the month but due to his extended break following the Copa America, he’s been forced to wait until now to start his career at Stamford Bridge.
Falcao trained with some of his new team mates prior to their 4-2 defeat to the New York Red Bulls in the early hours of Thursday morning, but he could make his debut against PSG on Saturday.
The 29-year-old knows at least one familiar face at Chelsea with compatriot Juan Cuadrado already on the books, and the pair posed for a photo with Brazilian international Willian in the changing rooms after the game.
