[Tweets & Photos] Chelsea Players Celebrate On Twitter After Beating Aston Villa

The players have been celebrating online after Chelsea bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.

Chelsea opened the scoring midway through the first half when Willian stole possession from Joleon Lescott before setting up Diego Costa to tap home from close range.

The Blues then wrapped-up the three points in somewhat fortuitous circumstances when Costa’s cut-back deflected off Alan Hutton and in to the net shortly after half-time. You can watch the goals here.

The victory ensured Chelsea bounced back immediately following their disappointing 3-1 loss to Southampton before the international break and it moved the defending Premier League champions up to 11th in the table.
