Tottenham and Arsenal players have been reacting on Twitter after the two clubs played out a hugely entertaining 2-2 draw in the North London derby at White Hart Lane this afternoon.
Arsenal opened the scoring just before half time when Aaron Ramsey’s flicked home for 1-0 before Francis Coquelin was dismissed for a second bookable offence shortly after the break.
Tottenham made their man advantage count as they turned the game around thanks to goals from Toby Alderweireld and a stunner from Harry Kane but the Gunners salvaged a points late on thanks to a strike from Alexis Sanchez.
The result leaves Spurs three points clear of Arsenal in second place but the North London duo will now have to rely on leaders Leicester City slipping up in the title race over the coming weeks.
